In this workshop, participants will learn what credit is and how it differs from debt, how to improve their credit score, how to read and understand what is contained in their credit report, how to dispute errors on their credit report, and how to re-establish and maintain positive credit.
Larger topics include the importance of credit and the outward affects it has on non-lending debt such as car insurance and job attainment. Instructors go into detail on credit's direct link to the budgeting process.
